The Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden have kicked off the year with a dazzling line-up of renowned artists, promising a continued unforgettable concert season for music enthusiasts until 31 March 2024.

2024 – The concerts are held in the stunning Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and have become a celebrated annual tradition that attracts both locals and tourists alike.

Taking place every Sunday, this 31st season of live entertainment at Kirstenbosch is once again captivating audiences with a diverse range of music genres. From pop to jazz, rock to classical music, there is something for everyone to enjoy and dance to under the magnificent Cape Town sky.

For the past three decades, the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts series has been a platform for both emerging and established artists to showcase their talent amidst the stunning backdrop of one of the world’s most magnificent botanical gardens. This year’s upcoming line-up brings together a mix of international and local stars, ensuring an exceptional musical experience for all concert-goers.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to enjoy world-class music in the heart of nature. Plan your summer Sundays filled with great music and unforgettable moments on the slopes of Table Mountain. Pack a picnic, or pre-order five days in advance from the Kirstenbosch Tea Room or Moyo Restaurant. Food trucks with a variety of freshly made meals, beverages, and snacks will be at all shows. Please don’t bring high deckchairs that obstruct the view of the stage. Highchairs will be restricted to the sides of the concert lawn.
