Jonkershuis restaurant at Groot Constantia is in the heart of the historical core of the estate, and is perfectly situated between the grand oaks and pristine vineyards, with panoramic views across the estate towards False Bay. The menu is diverse and very accessible, with a strong Cape Malay influence. They are open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light meals and drinks throughout the day. It’s also the perfect wine estate location for weddings, private functions, corporate events and conferences.

Simons at Groot Constantia is located in an old cellar that has been converted into a superb restaurant ideal for a superb alfresco lunch, or to dine-in at their new restaurant. Simons offers a range of dishes to suit all tastes, with everything from light lunches to magnificent dinners. It’s also a great location for large private functions, with seating for up to 400 guests.

A visit to the Groot Constantia Wine & Gift shop is like a journey into the Estate’s rich history, celebrated through contemporary products by some of SA’s most loved designers, inspired by a myriad of tales unique to Groot Constantia.

Alongside black-and-white heritage photographs taken on the farm over the years, you’ll find homeware, kitchenware, fashion items, accessories and edible treats. Many of these items are created especially for the shop, referencing Groot Constantia’s landscape, produce, and even their canine guests.

Groot Constantia gives you the chance to taste and purchase their award winning wines at two locations on the estate. The popular wine shop also offers a range of gifts and souvenirs to purchase.
