This October marks the 94th year that the Table Mountain Cableway has been transporting visitors up its steep slopes to experience the exquisite views of Cape Town.
From 1 September to 15 December, Table Mountain Cableway visitors will have even more time to enjoy the rousing views and create everlasting memories.
The Table Mountain Cableway turns 93 this month and is making it easier for locals to enjoy the 360-degree panoramic views on a breath-taking, 5-minute journey to the top (or bottom) of Table Mountain!
Did you know: This December will see the tenth anniversary of Table Mountain being inaugurated as one of the New7Wonders of Nature. The award was confirmed in December 2012, recognising the mountain as the most accessible of the New7Wonders and the only one to be found in a city.
Table Mountain Aerial Cableway is suspended from between 25 July and 28 August for annual safety Maintenance Shutdown of the Cableway’s upper and lower stations and the cabins. The TAP bar will remain open and hikers and mountain climbers may still enjoy Table Mountain
